 18 Months Aged Parma Ham with Melon- RM 28

 The hams dry-salted and airdried for 18 months and carved into paper-thin, rosepink slices together taste salty and moist best served with the sweet melon ~ Yumsss!

Blue Swimmer Crab with Watermelon- RM22

If you like to eat crabs, you should order this !!
You can deliver the crab meat straight into your mouth  and enjoy the real taste of crabs~ 

And Yeah ~! Not messy! no sticky fingers!

Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese, Fresh Tomato with Pesto Sauce -RM25

 Buffalo mozzarella = (Italian: mozzarella di bufala)
As you can see the cheese made from water buffalo milk is brighter white than cow cheese.   

Seared Hand Dive Hokkaido Scallops with Asparagus Ham RM25

The flavor of the scallops taste a bit sweet and light, very YummY~~ !And the texture is quite soft and easy for me to chew.  This is my favorite dish !!

Home Made Squid Ink Tagliolini pasta with Crab & White Wine Sauce RM32

This is their signature dish !
A little white wine sauce is added to this pasta so as to invoke a more rounded-out sort of taste ~! 

Aww~~ Salivary glands just instantly start to kick in!

This was the next surprise of the day- Spaghetti with Sea Urchin-RM48.

 This luxurious dish is rarely found in Johor Bahru.

My first try of Sea Urchin Spagettu is at Trattoria Asiatico Italian restaurant !!!

Homemade Fettuccini Pasta with Beef and Truffle Veal Jus- RM38
Fettuccini Pasta is a flat thick noodle which is wider than but similar to the typical of Bologna. My friends really like this dish !!

Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with Creamy Mash & Truffle Beef Sauce RM48

You tried beef cheek before ?? 

The beef cheek is kept in a jar. So once it's open the good aroma flows out ~!

Pan Roasted Sea bass with Beetroot Mashed & Seafood Caciuccio Sauce RM38

I like the delicate flavour of the sauce and the roasted sea bass !


I have sweet tooth~ So dessert is a must for me ~

Hazelnut and Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream RM16

The cake are richly chocolate in flavour and the texture is dense and moist. Chef using good chocolate- the 70% bitter sweet chocolate and hazelnut to prepare the chocolate cake!

Always Wow when the chocolate whipped out !

Affogato Rm12
This coffee-based beverage takes the a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a shot of hot espresso. 

The main chefs behind the delicious food. He is Mr. Yeoh Leong. He used to work in few top Italian restaurants in Singapore.
