[Recipe] Mini fruit tart



One of my favorite hobbies is baking. I love trying something new, but my favorite is making pastry. Today I would like to share my recipe of making 


Mini Fruit Tart- the sweet butter pastry shell filled with custard and covered with an assortment of delicious fruits.

Serving size of this recipe is 45 mini fruit tarts.
Only a few simple ingredients are needed to make these mini fruit tarts. They are easy to make and fun to decorate! 


For the crust :
Combine 113g Butter, 70g Sugar Flour, An Egg and 250g Flour in medium bowl then using your hands, mix until the dough forms a ball.




For the Custard Filling:

2 Tablespoons of instant custard powder, 50 gram of sugar, 500ml of milk
 

1. Mix 2 tablespoon of custard powder, 50 gram sugar and 50ml milk together
2. Bring 450ml milk to the boil in a saucepan
3. Pour custard mix into boiling milk, stir well
4. Bring to the boil , remember stirring continuously 


Then, line the miniature tart cases and remember to overlap the edge a little.



 Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Bake the crust about 9 minutes or until the edges begin to turn brown.



Remove from cookie mould and cool for about 20 minutes. 
Then, fill the crust with custard.


Last, Top with whatever fruit you wish<3
