[Recipe] Homemade Teriyaki Chicken Wings

 Homemade Teriyaki Chicken Wings



The marinade ingredients for 225 g chicken wings :

   


    40 ml water

    40 ml soy sauce

    35 g white sugar

    10 ml vegetable oil

    1 g minced fresh garlic

   


  1. Whisk together the water, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, and in a large bowl until the sugar has dissolved. After that, add the chicken wings, coat with the marinade, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade then bake the wings in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is evenly browned, about 45minutes. 
  4. Serve with your favourite chili sauce, cucumber, french fries and bread at the side.
This recipe of teriyaki baked chicken wings is very easy to make and the taste is sweet, and delicious just like barbecued chicken wing.
